At the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the heart of Provence, we open the doors of our retreat centre to those who wish to host their own retreats.

Our retreat centre is nestled in the picturesque village of Malaucène, set on a peaceful 9,000 m² private estate at the foot of the majestic Mont Ventoux. Surrounded by nature, simplicity and stillness, it is a place that naturally invites you to:

Practical Details

All details are tailored to your retreat and your specific needs. The rental includes:

Boeking, betaling & annulering

Om de gekozen data voor jouw retreat te reserveren, werken we met een eenvoudige betalingsregeling in drie stappen.

30% bij reservatie
Een eerste niet-terugbetaalbare betaling van 30% bevestigt de reservatie en legt het retreat center exclusief vast voor jouw groep.

30% vier maanden voor aankomst
Een tweede niet-terugbetaalbare betaling van 30% is verschuldigd vier maanden voor de start van het retreat.

40% zes weken voor aankomst
Het resterende saldo van 40% is uiterlijk zes weken voor aankomst verschuldigd.

Annulering
Bij annulering door de retreatorganisator zijn reeds betaalde bedragen niet-terugbetaalbaar. Betalingstermijnen die op het moment van annulering nog niet vervallen zijn, worden niet aangerekend.

Boek je minder dan vier maanden voor aankomst?
Dan is 60% van de totale huurprijs verschuldigd bij reservatie. Boek je minder dan zes weken voor aankomst, dan is het volledige bedrag verschuldigd bij reservatie.

Waarborg
Twee weken voor aankomst vragen we een waarborg van €1.000. Deze wordt na het verblijf terugbetaald, na controle van de accommodatie en op voorwaarde dat er geen schade, ontbrekende goederen of uitzonderlijke schoonmaakkosten zijn.
